New Retro Pony shirt

Hi, I found this shirt at Walmart today.

I had to do a double take because at first I wasn't sure if it was a MLP shirt or just a pony that looked like MLP but the MLP logo is on the inside of the shirt.   I'm pretty sure it's supposed to be Starshine without her symbol.

Is this an adult or child size shirt?   Nice find.

Thank you.  I was really surprised when I realized what is was as I haven't found any good MLP merchandise in stores for a long time.  I think it's a junior's size shirt. That is an XXL in the pic and it is very small.
