Hi there,
Can anyone help me?
Is this an Argentina blossom?
This would be my first Argie pony if it is the case! 
But I am not sure because I have none to compare it with.
She has a ‘vage’ Hong Kong, more Hong under her hoof. She has 3 lashes, and an uneven cutiemarks on each side.
Can also anyone give me an idea of her price?

Does she have a forelock or do both rows of her mane run down her forehead?

She does not have a forelock. But she misses a few plugs on one side, but they all have the same length.
1 front foot: 82 Hasbro pat Pend
Other front foot: ‘vage’ ng (probably of Hong Kong)
So that is why I’m not sure.
On her left side, she has 9 little blossoms, on her right side only 8.
They are not equal in size, and they are not in the same place.
She has 2 lashes on her upper eyelid, and 3 lashes on her lower eyelid. Her eye color is dark purple.
I’ve tried to add some pictures, but I can’t...
I also saw this picture beneath on mylittlewiki, but I was not sure because of the ‘vage’ Hong Kong...

She is definitely Argie if she has no forelock and the PAT PEND stamp on one hoof.

It is known that the Hong Kong stamp to have been badly "blotted out" on some ponies so it can still be partly seen. I know it looks pretty suspicious though the moulds were reused or straight out copied and the country stamp covered up, scraped out or blotted over.
