Definitely the sunshine and magic message ponies. I'd also say the ice cream and berry ponies as well.

I'll second the Drink n wets!  I had baby Snookums as a kid and I thought she was adorable, and I loved her accessories.  But I rarely see them mentioned anywhere.

I do feel like the Sweetheart Sisters get overlooked a lot as well.  Probably because they don't "look like" the other G1 ponies.

Tropical babies! I know they're sought after, but not many people to show them off - everyone loves the adult versions but the babies don't get much air time!

I think the dance and prance set and the first tooth babies are both overlooked. I really like both and there doesn't seem too much attention for them.

Sweet Dreams. Pink dreams (like the Flutter) is the pink one  while the white one I've yet to Customise as a normal-sized Newborn is Hushabye.
