question about Silver Spoon g4

Hello good afternoon
I recently bought a pony silver spoon, but I have noticed that it seems that it is discolored between body and head and it is curious, because the head is a little darker and has no shine and the body is lighter and has a matte shine I have seen this type of discoloration in other ponies, such as rainbow flash g4, but this pony surprised me a little. Is it normal? Factory error?

I've noticed most G4 have a very slight mismatch between their heads and bodies. It's very prevalent on Ploomette and the more neon Twilight Sparkles but I wouldn't be surprised to see it on a grey pony.
It's not intended to be normal but it is certainly widespread.

Yeah, it's super prominent on Feathermay (Infact, all the second hand ones I see online have a super duper body head colour mismatch) I think it's the different plastics which react differently.

It's normal for Silver Spoon.  I've had five or six of them go through my hands and they all had that color difference.  Early on, Hasbro used different kinds of plastic for their heads / bodies.  And they didn't or couldn't get the color-match perfect.

Me too I didn't buy Feathermay for the same reason even though she's lovely. I bought a second-hand original Skywishes and even though she's a really generic colour of pink she has the same problem.

Yes, I have noticed that Ploomette also has a slight difference between body and head colors, but the silver spoon has left me a bit surprised. Thank you very much for answering ^^

I think Feathermay's the worst for it, never seen one without it. I love her, but I've avoided getting her cause I think it'd drive me nuts. I don't mind a little head/body mismatch on the G4s (haven't even noticed it on my Silver Spoon - but mine's wearing a necklace so maybe that's why, cause I can't really see the "join" of the neck?) but she has it bad.

I have seen a couple Silver Spoons on Ebay that looked mismatched like that recently...I would guess that it's a consistent factory error or she is just prone to it for some reason
