I want to get back in the baking game but I don't understand the science between lots of gluten free flours and I'm intimidated by the amount of choices...can't go wrong with some macarons though! I'm proud to be able to pull them off. I don't bake as much as I'd like but I would love to make some sort of Easter bread. Sourdough was so much fun to make! I hope you'll give it a try soon, it really is so good.
