Also what's the name of the blue pegasus?

Are they McDonald's toys?  I think the pegasus might be Lilly Blossom but I'm not sure.

That is Lily Blossom! They're 2012 Mcdonalds toys!

They came with combs that doubled as a keychain that you could put on the tops of their heads. Hence the weird bumps.

Thanks so much everyone for the replies! I was wondering about those weird bumps on their heads! I did think looked kinda like McDonald's toys but the other G4 McD ponies I have look quite different and of better quality.
