If only... I really do like her a lot. Made a custom baby of her many moons ago.

I am a massive sucker for ponies that have hair a similar color to their bodies, and flower and insect themed ponies.  If I found her at a flea market? Heck yes.

But I am not willing to part with as much money as she usually goes for in good condition. Fortunately for my wallet, Greek eyepaint is among my least favorite and while I don't hate the sitting pose, it's not my favorite.   

If she was in the CP though, she'd be up there in grail status like the CP Gusty from Brazil.

What's her actual name, Pashalixa or something? I remember Lambaditsa's name but I can never remember Ladybird's. Guess that's why Ladybird caught on as a name for her, hehe.

Ladybird is my fault, because years ago in the dark ages before there was the term Nirvana, let alone the Nirvana forum, most variants people unearthed ended up on my website (no wiki in those days, no other sites for variants either) and I nicknamed her Ladybird because of her symbols. I never said it was her name, but (like Bobbie) the name randomly caught on.

I believe her name is not actually a name so much as a title (like Easter Pony or something like that?)

What I meant was that back then it was much more common to adopt a nickname for an unknown pony than it tends to be now, as we tend to ask more questions. So any name from a pony identified that far back tended to stick much more than if you were going to do it to a pony now.

Someone else, maybe Shaz can confirm but I think the ladybirds are a play on the similarity between Greek terms for the bug and for Easter but I can't quite recall.

This one is a pass for me. Aside a handful of rescue greeks in horrible condition and a peachy who snuck in in an ebay lot at random a couple of years ago, the only Greek pony I have is yellow Medley, because she's Medley. And her colours are awesome. I like how Greek ponies look but not how they cost.

I have yet to meet a Greek pony I don't like, perhaps it's their eyes. I love their eyes. And she is no exception. However I only have one Greek pony in my herd. She is not that pony

She is  my grail but I wont act on buying her because of her outrageous prices.

She's very cute, but Greek eyes aren't my favorite - and gooooosh the price tag. Maybe I'll make/commission a custom of her one day, who knows.
