Hello everyone!
I already owned quite a few ponies during childhood, starting my collection with G1 year two (so, as you might guess, I'm not exactly twenty any more...
). Years later, having moved into my own flat, I found them again in a bag in my grandad's rusty old car when we had to clear out my gran's house after her death and I didn't have the heart to throw them away, so I bought a display cabinet for them, lovingly cleaned and brushed them and placed them in their new home. After another move to our own house three years ago, I finally managed to put all ponies back in their display over the holidays.
When first cataloguing my collection, I had to look up my ponies in an online database, as I couldn't remember their names. So I came across other G1 ponies and my childhood collection grew by adding new ponies I had bought on eBay. I mainly bought G1, plus a few G3 ponies, as I'm not interested in G2 and G4.
I haven't bought any new ponies for over ten years (except for a 30th anniversary G1 retro that arrived few weeks ago), but I still have a few on my wish list. My display cabinet is full though, so I guess I won't be buying any new ponies after all. I have a few doubles, so perhaps I can find a loving new home for them at some point. I now own 102 G1 ponies (of which four are Ice Crystal customs and one is a retro pony, not counting the doubles) and 7 G3 ponies. You can find my collection here:

As you can probably guess from my nickname, Ice Crystal is my favourite pony, so I had a whole Ice Crystal family made by a very talented custom artist based in the US.
The MLP arena URL has been in my browser favourites for years, but I only signed up a few days ago. I live in Switzerland, which isn't exactly known as an MLP collector's stronghold, so I bought all my eBay finds and my customs in the UK and US. Over ten years ago, I also had a few of my Italy G1's with frizzy hair rehaired by a very helpful MLP enthusiast from the US.
When I'm not gazing at my ponies, I love playing board games or walking up a mountain, either here on my doorstep or somewhere in the UK. I'm also staff to four adorable, but rather cheeky cats, all girls.
