Anyone use Basic Fun for customs yet?

Are they easier to customize? If you don't use them, would you want to?

I rerooted a Skydancer a bit ago! I'll find pics when I'm at a computer. I also have a Tickle head I can take pics of at home that I've been slowly working at.
The only big differences is that the plastic is a bit harder and the neck plug opening is smaller. If you plan on using the tool+glue, you'll be just fine, but I use a needle to thread plugs in so I had to break some plastic away to really get in there on the plugs further down.

Not yet, I'm waiting on the Baby pony set. If they make them I will.

Yes, but just for rehairs The neck plug is a little different compared to the vintage ponies and they are quite hard.

I want to give it a go but am finding it impossible to customise a perfectly beautiful pony they are just so pretty I can't bring myself to do it !

I'm not sure I would use them to customize. I like to keep them MIB and they are 15€ each. It's easier and cheaper for me to find a beyond hope baity pony in case I want to customize. But, to be honnest, I don't have the time to do many customization so my few projects are waiting so I don't feel like touching any Basic Fun. Only maybe if I find some loose in the wild for dirt cheap.
