Cleaning the Build a Bear Ponies?

Hello! I was curious how to clean the Build a Bear ponies properly. I recently found a Luna at the thrift store and was so excited!

She has REALLY ratty hair and her "fur" is a bit matted.

Can I wash her in the washer? Dry her lightly in the dryer? Her wing support things inside her wings are already screwed up so they're floppy and I'm not worried about that. How to go about washing and conditioning her hair like a regular brushable pony? This is a dumbbb question, but... could I put a few drops of conditioner in the washer to help her hair??
