He's cute and I second Heelys, I love how shiny he is! The mane and tail especially have some nice layered effects.

Ooo metallic paint? I've never tried using that! It looks really good on her (him? I haven't kept up with G4 characters O_O) I second the comment on the cool laying of colors on the mane and tail!
