Lack of motivation

I'm having a lack of finishing a pony, and I end up cracking the pony and I threw it because of frustration. I really dont know how to keep it from cracking..

Did you FBR a softer plastic bodied pony?
That's the pits when you put all that work in and it just can't hold up. When I use soft bodied ponies I try to only have to do symbols on them and eyes. Hope you have better luck with your next project.
