Is this normal for dutchies?
« on: January 19, 2020, 08:29:54 AM »
Hello everyone,

So I saw some dutchies for sale a while back. Under their hooves, the had china (not sure but it wasn't NL)
I suspected they would have NL under their hooves. Or were they only sold in the Netherlands?
I'm pretty sure but it just seems odd to me.

Thanks for answering.

Cheers,

Luke

Yes, it is normal :)

They were regional exclusive ponies, so they were manufactured in China.

As they were made later in the line, they were manufactured in China, rather than Hong Kong :) (manufacturing switched from Hong Kong to China somewhere in 1987 or so)

Thank you for both your answers. That makes a lot of sense
