Not happy with eBay.uk

On Friday my mum brought three dolls from Barbie and her Sisters in a Pony Tale, Max and Marie Roberts and Chelsea from this seller.

Well got a email yesterday saying that the pony with Chelsea got broke because someone stepped on it (I only wanted the doll because I have the pony already and not the doll), well he only went and refunded the money for both purchases. 

Well mum has wrote three emails to the seller saying that she only wants the two dolls plus Chelsea. Nothing yet so my mums going to see if they reply by Monday if not she’ll be contacting them again.

This has  me because I’ve been waiting a long time for those three dolls.
