Or would you only want a portion of your life depicted, if so
what portion of your life would you want depicted?

Mine would be a drama that begins with hardship and struggles which leads to independence and trust no one, and ends with meeting the love of my life, learning to trust and not to do everything by myself, that I can ask for help. The kind of movie I hate to watch, lol.
