Tips for airbrushing!

So I recently got a airbrush and all that but I need some answers and tips. So I have acrylic paint that I use and what I use to thin it out is just water, dose water work as much as airbrush thinning?

You can use pretty much any acrylic paint so long as you thin it.

I use airbrush flow improver made by Vallejo to thin my paints, I usually use a 50/50 mix, but the mix can vary from paint to paint. You can thin with water though so people use flow improver and water.

Always clean your brush after using it and before storing it.

Yes! Perfect advise already given. I always use water since it's cheap and always on hand, but I have heard other people say an airbrush reducers are the way to go. I say try both, see what you think. I learned the most from experimenting and watching YouTube tutorials.
