My haircut Tootsie came in the mail today! If you’ve seen my accidental highly controversial thread you’ll know I like variety in my pony hair. She’s even cuter and prettier in person, I love her soooo much!!! She needs her insides cleaned unfortunately, every cheap G1 comes with a price haha. This’ll be my first tail rust case, thankfully its not too bad yet!

Aww what a cutie! I really like Tootsie myself. Can't wait for her Basic Fun re-release. Big congrats and yeah, cleaning rusty innards is an unfun but satisfying job.

She's so cute!! are you planning on replacing the stained part of her tail, or are you just gonna try to clean it? Sorry if this question comes across as rude, i only ask because i have a few ponies that need tail rust help too.

I’m just going to clean her tail and insides, and replace the clamp+washer. I’ve heard whitening toothpaste is good for getting rust out of their hair, and oxyclean in hot water for the inside. You just clean and condition the hair to get the toothpaste out after!

Good/bad news about Tootsie: popped her head off this morning, its mold, not rust. She might have the faint beginnings of rust as well, but thankfully this will be much easier to clean! It’s black so I’ll be cleaning her outside though.

Squirmy came in this afternoon, pictures below. I also have a couple more ponies set to arrive soonish and I don’t want to keep making new topics so I’ll update this one again!

Squirmy! feat. Shaggy, and Rung in the corner. All accessories/hairdo done by me, just messin around but tbh it looks cute! Dollar store kiddy hair accessories are great for ponies

New pictures, and some frustration. I’ve had a handful of repro ponies still in their boxes just sitting around, and I finally opened them, only to discover Medley and Bowtie have crunchy forelocks! I hope whatever it is will wash out :/

g2 Sky Skimmer! my first proper g2, she’s beautiful! Only missing her nds eye gem, which I totally don’t mind.
