My scented ponies have lived among my other ponies in a closed pony room for years with no adverse effects. Same general rules apply though: no ponies touching each other (to avoid dye transfer), try to keep the humidity and light exposure under control, etc. Elf
Can't speak on if the scent will cause adverse reactions, but it is ok to use magic erasers and such on scented ponies as long as there are no other reasons you wouldn't want to use the eraser/chemical. If you want to preserve the scent, you might want to keep her in a plastic bag for a bit, but this will raise the chance of discoloring her.
