This is not counting the ones I "want" such as certain nirvana ponies and my childhood ponies MIP.

I don't "collect" the other generations at all so I'm not necessarily looking to complete those collections.

I think the number comes up to 25 left on my wishlist. It's not a complete G1 collection, but I don't want one I also need 1 upgrade and I'd like some more merch.

G1:
This number fluctuates as I discover ponies that need upgrading, holes in my collection,  and new ponies I want(mostly Nirvana).   

G2:
None.  I completed the ENTIRE LINE last year(minus two variants I’m not interested in).  It took 10+ years, but I did it!

G3:
Few if any.  I kept up very well when they were new.  I don’t have the biggest ticket items(Posey Rosey, Licensing Shoe Pinkie Pie, etc), but I’m not that concerned about that.  I’d like them, but not at those prices. 

G4:
It’s hard to say.  With all the repeated ponies, and the terrible distribution, the line is a mess.  Not many.  I gave up trying to be a completist collector with these long ago.

I have already gotten the two most important ponies to me, but I think I will probably get about a dozen more since I have a very limited space for ponies. However, if one day I get a much bigger place to live where I could devote a whole cabinet or maybe even a spare room for ponies, I will probably try to collect as many G1s as I can (with a few exceptions), and maybe even some G2s and G3s for a good measure.

Well, the only ones I'm collecting now are the G1 line, and the odd ones I like from the other series. I took a break from collecting for a few years, and my list went awol, so I'm having to remake it. I think I've got most of the adults, and need a lot of the babies, but I don't have actual numbers at the moment.

I'm going to be making sure I have all my ducks in a row before the Fair this summer, though, since I'm going to it this year. (Car reserved, room reserved, halfway-point room reserved for both directions, registration and tables paid! Woo! I'm kinda surprised they haven't made a topic about it on here yet, actually. )

Paradise only exist(ed?) in the 1987 UK Hasbro catalogue where she's pictured with Paradise Estate. So you can probably minus her. If she still exists it will be a longshot to find and identify her given all the deflocking that goes on, and there never was the promised and advertised PE UK release.

I have like 200 ponies spread across 4 gens lol. I'm not a completionist though, especially with G3 white ponies with pink hair (too damn many of them, I say!) and G4 in general. I do hope to maybe have all of G1 and 2 though, and 3 except all those dern white ponies with pink hair. (No, really, there's actually a billion of them!!) I usually just collect the ones I am very much after and beauties I spot at thrift stores.

I'm in no rush to complete my collection though entirely. I don't know if I ever even want to. I love having all the ponies I want to have and it's so wonderful to walk into a pony room and see all of them, but it seems a new one always catches my eye and that's always fun too. I love getting them as much as having them and I think that's the fun of collecting.

I think that's the reason I am still clinging to hope that MLP will survive all the weirdness it's currently going through and go back to something I love again, just sweet little fantasy ponies.
But even if not, the G1 repros and Clipper's beautiful custom MLPs will tide me over! And I'm sure for completionists who have all there is to have, Clipper's ponies are a beautiful breath of fresh air!

Seriously, Clipper if you're reading this, you rock for what you're doing with HQG1C!
