And not having the money to ever justify spending for the rare/sought after ponies, my final number is 45.

The only collection I'd imagine I'd complete ever is the trading cards, and there's 183 to go of the sets I've collected!

There may be some pretty variants, Nirvana, G3, G2, G4 ponies. But none of those do I feel I "need" to have to get a complete collection. Especially because I don't see the G2 G3 and G4 collections in the same completionist way I do G1.

MIP - another question. Depends how many exist and how many I'll ever afford. Maybe seven? Eight? Nine? Something like that.

My cllection is not a complete colleciton, I don't even try to complete sets I just collect the ones I like and a few unexpected ones.

Well, seeing as I'm nowhere near a completionist collector and never intended to "collect 'em all" (I just get what I like).. and I collect all gens (well, except G3.5)... and I like collecting odd pieces of merch (Chupa Chups, etc).... and new customs get made every day.....

Who knows how many more ponies will enter my herd
