Need help IDing kelly sized dolls

Hi there, I got these little cute dolls real cheap a long time ago. I believe they originated from china.
The body is made from brittle hollow hard plastic that twists in the hips and shoulders. The clothes are glued right on, but the shoes come off. The head is a soft vinyl with only one circle of rooting and a giant bald spot if you take the hair down. I got them because I quite like their sweet faces.
Does anyone know what these are (or if they're fakies of something?)

They seem to resemble Ddung dolls - or rather the fakies of these dolls. The head mold definitely seems to be the same, but the eyes are different. I remember coming across similar dolls in local Chinese shops, mostly sold as keychains, but that's sadly all I know about them...
