Takara Barbie?

Hey guys! I found this girl at value village today. I don't usually go for dolls outside of bjds and a few eqg, but I just totally fell in love woth her! I've managed to figure out from a tag inside her kimono that she's a takara barbie and she uh..... smells vintage  but past that i could really use some help on specific identification? thanks in advance for any help! if it's not clear from the picture, her kimono has a koi fish pattern.
