I have to make a Mr Freeze custom. What you'd reckon i could use??

A glued together gachapon capsule with a hole cut in it! Or any kind of those put a coin in and get a thing machines.

Maybe try making it out of window plastic you've cut and shaped? Or bottle plastic?

Maybe use Worbla to make the helmet ? It's a plastic that can be easily shaped the way you want when heated. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p9xZRJm_GQM
