Pony cancer fixes?

Hihi it’s been a loooong time since I’ve logged in.
Tried the search function but couldn’t find... isthere a cure for pony cancer?
I have two ponies with spots on them- Takara fakies. Not sure the best route. I’d include a photo but can’t figure out how on Mobile

Hydrogen peroxide sun soaks can help lessen them but I think it depends on the reason behind the breakdown.

If it's the brown stuff, it can be faded slightly but the stain never goes away. If it's regrind, it's definitely not going away and sunfading will make it worse.
