Poor girl came to me bald and with a very cropped tail.

Forgive the mohawk, i do still need to tame the hair (i wait for the glue to cure overnight), but here she is after about 3 oxiclean baths (id' have done more, but i was afraid to damage her paint), and rehaired in Water Nixie and Pussycat   (you almost cant see the pink cause my computer room walls are pink too  )

Wow! She was in a right old state when you got her, she is looking much happier for being clean and having new hair.
