How to go about maing a moomin custom pony?

Hey everyone,

I recently got a bait lot of g1 and g3 ponies and want to do a moomintroll pony custom.
There are several options to go about it but i'm not sure which is the right choice. I would love your advise on this.

1: A g1 pony with sculpted moomin ears/tail. No hair and completely white. So basically a moomin/pony hybrid if you will.
2: A moomin themed pony. Like a regular pony with moomins and stuff painted on, almost like the pony is a blank canvas.
3: a takara fakie moomin custom. It has the same aspects and ideas of the first one but has the correct body shape. However, I don't have a takara fakie and the are expensive/hard to come by.

Any ideas on how to go about this?

I would love to hear more.

Also  I love snufkin. Just wanted to get that out there

Skip option 3 just because it would be incredibly hard to get ahold of and not ethical to take them out of circulation. I like both 1 and 2, maybe someone else will be more decisive.

Possibly look into a cabbage patch fakie? Theres another fakie I come across all the time with a similar found fat nose but I don't remember what it is.

I would suggest do all three!

Perhaps make a cast in resin of the Takara fakie then modify it

I like the idea of a Cabbage Patch fakie, they have a good look for what you want to make.

A cabbage patch fakie would work really well, if you did option 1 you could find a really cheap megan sized doll and make a snufkin to go with troll!
