Seems like everybody is getting it this week. I just hope the power comes back  before my food spoils. Given that the whole town is out though, I  probably shouldn't hold my breath, lol.

At least my building seems to have taken only minimal damage, unlike the folks across the street, whose roof seems to have disintegrated....

Hopefully it will be back on soon, or some alternative will be utilized in the mean time. Good to hear your okay, and I’m presuming your neighbours are alright (minus the whole roof thing).

It could be  worse, at least we didnt get flooded. Just a lot of wind damage. The crosswalk pole down street was turned about 45 degrees so now you cant see it from either direction. 
There's a lot of flattened sheds and stripped greenhouses, but most of the really significant damage seems to be to awnings, signs, tin roofs and house extensions. Got bits of those dropped on cars in the parking lot, and wrapped around things all over town.
And everything is covered in leaves, but there only a few broken windows and roof tiles in the road, so it could definitely have been a worse sight to wake up to.

And yeah, neighbors are fine. They were very apologetically collecting all the bits from everyone elses yard earlier, (japan) so they seem fine. I think the house is mostly okay, but the garage and workshop extensions are toothpicks and crumpled chunks of tin...

I got Hurricane Dorian'd last week. Thankfully it didn't do too much damage in my area and wasn't anywhere near as bad as Matthew or Irma, but it did manage to basically shut down the town for a few days (before it hit), and shut down school for the whole week.

Good to hear that you're okay through all that, sounds scary. Hope your power comes back on soon!

There is the one that hit Japan but there is another one even closer to eastern China, which is supposed to hit South Korea...It's not THAT far from this part of China.

I'm still ok, internet is still  very not.  My whole town is a wifi deadzone, which is super annoying. Power finally came back on my street last night tho, so yay!  AC!
Schools still out tho.
