I wish I had these thrift stores. When I see a G4 at the fleamarket people are quick to inform me it's a highly sought after collectible and they need at least 10€ for a common Twilight Sparkle

Oof, here in Aus you're lucky to find a single G4 toy every 2 months or so in a charity shop. I've currently gone since April without finding any gen.

It is disgusting how much g4 stuff has gone through our VVs.... from a zero waste perspective, from a failing toyline perspective, from a mlp collector perspective , and just in general

My grandma and I peruse yard sales and thrift stores pretty often. I usually find fakies, and if there are any actual ponies they're mostly G4. I'd love to find G3s the same way I used to when I was 6 or 7 but they're pretty rare

There are a TON more fakies on the s/h market nowadays than there ever were when we carbooted for G1 back in the mid nineties. It's like the fakie market exploded even more in the last five or six years. Nine times out of ten the ponies you see second hand are fakies, whereas after G1 ended, you'd see a lot of actual G1 ponies. True, lots of Peachy, Lickety, CJ etc, but ponies...not so much fakies.

At least, speaking for here in the UK.

We did have some fakies around but most of the fakies I've ever had from G1 lots came from the US.

From a charity shop in my city that I've been going to since February this year!

I found my fashion styling Shining Armour, G3 Blushie, G3 Cherry Blossom, articulated Coco Pommel and my G4 cadence there before I got Glitterbelle! Plus various G4 books with some occasional G3 books!

It's a very good shop as I rarely leave empty handed!

None of the thrift shops here get any ponies. So I hope this is thing for I am low on G4s for customizing. In fact you can rarely find any good toys 2nd hand here.
