What price would you give to a mint G3 winter snow

For winter snow,  ( this is according to eBay) I would say $15-25 for her loose. Mib maybe around $30-35? Someone will have to check me on that

I sold a loose one a couple of months ago for £7 which is what, about $10-11 in current conversion? She had a few minor flaws so $15 for a loose one in mint condition seems fair to me. More for MIB of course.
