HELP needed! Some of my G3 ponies got sticky...

Does anyone know how to un-sticky a sticky G3 pony? Last week the weather was too good  it was super hot, and now some of my G3 ponies got sticky. I tried giving a soapy bath but that didn't help much. Please share your experience with me. Thank you

Could it be plasticizer leakage? Apparently this is the thingy you need, not sure if it's avaliable overseas. Maybe some sort of goo-gone equivalent would help.
