Vendor Access from Parking Lot

FYI
 I called the hotel to find out if there is a specific door for vendors to access the convention area from the parking lot (which is out front, I think). They told me “only the front lobby doors”, but it’s fine if vendors unload there. (The ballroom is on the same floor as the lobby)

Gosh I hope they can negotiate an extra hour or two for Friday eve... so much stuff...

I plan to find the ballroom when I get in town, so I know where to unload to at 630am Saturday lol
