G-3 Sunrise Question

I was looking up some G-3's but when I came to Sunrise, I found two different ones... one with tinsel and one without. I don't know a whole lot about this girl but were there two variants or just one?

Isn't she one of the ponies that has hair break issues? Maybe that's a reason?
