No sense pushing it in the heat....we have heat issues this weekend too.

Did 4 out of 5 tasks yesterday!!! I took 4 points. I was fair as the task were not a huge completion, but good for me to do.

On to the tasks for today!

I told myself I have a few rooms to clean today and a big tub to finish for some of the rats. I want to run tonight since one of the missions unlocked on the zombie app. I’ll have to see, as it’s 97 right now with a heat index of 108. It will have to cool off a lot so I can go in the evening. We will see how much I get done. I was out with my horse and after a shower I’m sitting here being lazy.

Also just a cheer for everyone, you can do it! Stay hydrated!

Not much for tasks today... just super tired. 7am-7pm is my Monday. I did not go after junk food, so I can say I have break today:)

Not too many points gained, but I am keeping better mindset. I dont just sit on my butt all day...haha.

I did play piano today. I was waiting a student who didnt show up:( sigh. But it gave me some direction on what I should be doing with my little time to get my skills back up to par:)

So I have a new found focus. I wanted to rush leaving the area I am in as the job I am in is not something I can stick with. Lots of trying and working. I am impulsive, so I wanted to jump ship like yesterday. The Hubble wants to move too, but not rushing like me...hahah I need him to keep me grounded. I do know we can rent this apartment to May or pay $1500 to get out of our lease.  If we stay to May we will pay well over that. So I want to save for it. So i am having a sale!

So now I have a good reason to not go junk food eating and my bonus with all I do will go towards saving for this! I have to find a job before we move (30min away from family vs 5 hours) I am keeping my lists going but my reward will be saving in case we need it!

I hope all is well with everyone:) I started out rough but each day is progress and when I post I really evaluate what I am doing with my time:)

Stay cool, heat is not to be fooled with. Glad you are on track. It’s an up and down day for my week...do good too tired...haha but I have motivation to at least progress in one direction or another.

The paperwork I have been dealing with is almost done! Who knew it would take so long.... that is basically a huge goal for me, as are my taxes...
Other than that, trying to find a meal prep routine, now that I work so much.

I do carry back up meal replacement shakes like skim fast or the variant. Check labels for healthy content. This way of time is an issue or just moving about you get a drink of meal verses starve or feeling low on energy

I have not made any leaps but I am using my time more wisely. I have played more piano then before. I have been rewarding myself. Just simple things like playing a video game. I am now searching for the stranger things my little pony:)

Be sure to find a reward for your efforts. You are trying and working hard, that is something worth being rewarded for.

I have been so bad with my bike. I only go on maybe once a week if that. But that’s okay because I’ve gotten back on track with recording my calorie intake every day! I was really high at first but I’ve found a couple ways to shave down my intake and I might meet my weight loss goal by the end of August if I keep up this pattern!

I've been doing my physical therapy every day and the therapist said he thinks I'm ready to go down to unofficial visits to check that my progress is good. 

I'm also working on decluttering my room.  I pulled everything out, dusted and vacuumed under the heavier furniture and am in the process of putting things back in as I go through them.  The art supplies are the next part of that project and it's a bit intimidating but I keep telling myself that it will be awesome once I'm done.  And any art supplies I don't need anymore can go to my sister, who starts her job teaching art and music in middle of nowhere Wyoming this month.  I'm trying to finish this project before my parents get home from camping on either Monday or Tuesday (they weren't sure when they'd come home!) because I've taken over the whole upstairs.  I"m used to going through everything every 2-3 years when we'd move but since my dad retired, it hasn't happened and now I have so much stuff, it's not funny!   

Once I finish rehoming the G3s, I'll have a bunch more space as well.  So many things to finish, so little time to finish in!

Yummy berries...now wish those could be teaded:) I have a step to take on monday... if it all happens I can plan life again!!!

I have said no to extra food like fast food!!! For a whole week plus!
