So even though horror isn’t my thing I ended up binge watching the whole thing over the last few days because of this pony sighting.

Here is my prediction in regards to the upside down Applejack.   I don’t think they chose Applejack just because she is recognizable and in G4, though that may be part of it.  As someone else mentioned, the quote on the side of the box seems like it could be referencing RAMC.  The more I think about it the more I’m convinced that Stranger Things will feature a short clip from RAMC.  Specifically the clip of when Applejack gets turned into a dragon.  It fits in thematically with a “wrong” colored AJ and with the general vibe of Stranger Things.
