Who was your first pony?

Mine was G3 Sweetberry from the first line!

I don't remember much, but I had for some time. I had moved with Sweetberry to another town and she sat on my shelf for years with her charm around her neck and her brush by her hoove.

I remember going through some old toys and donating them because I wanna be a grown up, when it came to her I just held her in my hand. My mother said "just keep her since you can't let go of her" and I did, although idk where she is now. I think I donated all my other toys when I went into care many years later.

I hope she's in a good home, with her charm and brush.

I bought another Sweetberry last year, her hair was faded and she didn't have any of her accessories but I still value and love her.

I only got my first pony in 2013, when I was already (ostensibly!) grown-up. I'd been admiring my girlfriend's childhood ponies which we had recently found, and she bought Baby Ribbon from eBay so that I could have a pony of my very own. Of course I didn't stop at just one though . Baby Ribbon will always be my all-time favourite pony.

Asked my girlfriend which was her first pony, but she can't remember. She was only about 3 or 4 when she started buying them in charity shops. She remembers carrying her favourite fakie with her while in her pushchair, so she must have had him a long time! She thinks Wind Whistler was one other first ponies (or maybe even THE first). For some mysterious reason she named her Wind Whistler Chris (presumably short for Christine). She can't remember why but the name has stuck . She still has all her childhood ponies (hence finding them and getting me started on pony-collecting).

My first pony when I was a child was Sparkleworks in about 2004, and my first in my collection now was G4 Rarity in 2013

I group my very very first ponies together because I don't remember which ones came first or if they were all together: G2 Sundance, Ivy, Moon Shadow, and Sky Skimmer!

I definitely remember my first G3s though, Sunny Daze, Wysteria, and the Cotton Candy Cafe! I got to pick between Wysteria, Rainbow Dash, Sweetberry, and Sunny Daze, and the remaining two went to a friend/classmate for her birthday.

The first ponies I got were Starbeam Twinkle, Twilight Sparkle, and Blossomforth in 2011.  My sisters had G3s when they were young that they got as gifts but I didn't consider them "mine" until a long time after.

my first g4 pony was a sunset shimmer brushable. She came with a cardboard mask.

My first g1 was an italian seashell I found at a thriftstore.

My first g2 pony was nightlight who i got at kingsday 2018.

My first was Glory.  I got her as a birthday present. I remember picking her out at the store myself.  I chose by backcard story and I recall Moondancer kind of alarmed me. Skydancer was either 2nd or third... but I wanted her because of my lack of flying ponies.  Plus, she had pink eyes.  I don't know.  In those days, that mattered.  Bubbles was my sister's first and only pony.  And Blue Ember was the first baby pony I ever saw in person and I could not get over how cute she was.  She became a pocket pony.

Kinda sad there was no more photos consider I have 16 childhood ponies and the kitchen,surprise twin moms bed, petit castle and possible the bathtub(I remember having the white duck that came with it)

Thanks! Glory actually has big blue blobs where her stars are suppose to be.  The silver rubbed off and little me tried to fix her. 

And Moondancer... so unhinged.
