Handmade Pony Clothes

Anyone else ever think about sewing clothes for their ponies? Are there patterns out there?

I've done this! I've made tops and skirts before. I also like to make boots and hats for my ponies from craft foam. I'll have to see if I can make a pattern for the clothes to share. I was thinking about making a tutorial for the hats and boots, too.

Come to think of it, it's been a little bit since I've made some ponywear. I should do something again soon.

I would love to make some clothes! Especially for the ponies who have the most personality in my herd, making ponywear to match that would be nice

Oh that would be lovely! Do you have somewhere you share pictures of the clothes on your ponies? I would love to see them

I made this sort of coat and this hat by hand ... considering that I have no experience in this kind of thing I would say that the result is not bad ... 

(the holes for passing the ears in the hat are rather large to fit the heads of all the ponies )

I love this topic! I’m planning to sew some ponywear in the near future. =3 I have doubts about my patterning abilities, though... I’m used to sewing for fashion dolls, and the dimensions are a LOT different, haha.

Glitterball, I’d be very interested in that pattern as well!

There is also a youtube channel called mlpfever I believe that has dress tutorials. Mostly for g4's but I think it can work with other gens as well.
