Hi,

For some reason, all Arena emails I get keep going to spam. I mark them as not spam/take them out of spam box, but they keep going back there. Is there something I'm missing?

Sometimes if you add a ln email to your contact list it'll consider it not spam?
(That advice was given to me when I signed up for an online course)

You have to somehow whitelist the email so it won't go into spam..

I'll try that. When I unmark it as spam, it moves that particular message to the inbox but any more from the Arena still go to spam

It seems Gmail only moves the message you identify, but doesn't automatically add it to a "safe senders" list. This is their suggestion:
To stop a message from being sent to Spam in the future, you can:

    Add the sender to your Contacts
    Filter these messages
