I'm definitely excited to see what they cover and who they interview. This show really goes in depth which is why I enjoy it so much!Plus I definitely can understand your concerns when it comes to ponies and their prices, collectors will most likely keep things the same but others I can definitely see their prices being jacked up.
I haven't seen any of this series, and I don't know how I feel about this one because the series I've seen about toys in the past always treat MLP in a patronising and mocking kind of way. It would be interesting to know the history stuff, providing that it isn't the usual trajectory of, G1 happened, (blur the middle bit because nobody cares) and it led to the amazing global sensation of G4!
I think they've done a pretty job so far on the episodes I've seen treating the toyline with respect. I heard at one point they were looking for MLP collectors to find out more information about them. Here's a screenshot of the Rapunzel post. visitors can't see pics , please register or loginThey assumed the date on her hooves was the date she was released instead of the mold date but other than that I don't see anything wrong with their post.Ponyfan
