As far as I know she was only released in brushable form in the "Cutie Mark Crusaders and Friends" box set.

The box is designed in such a way that you can't see what is inside unless you open it.  It doesn't have a "viewing window" as it were.  It comes with Cheerliee, Scootaloo, Sweetie Belle, Apple Bloom, Peppermint Twist, Silver Spoon and Star Dreams.  Twist and Silver Spoon are the only two babies with their cutie marks.  I found the set in a random department store in a tiny town near where I live.  I honestly hadn't expected to see it there at all but then when they went out of business about a month after I first spotted them, I went back and they had some sets on clearance so I nabbed them.  The sets weren't really well distributed if I remember correctly, at least I never saw them at Walmart, Kmart, or Shopko.
