Should I apoxie sculpt my split doll head and marks

As the title says I’ve got a EAH doll head that I removed the hair from, I had to cut a hole where the hair criss cross to remove the glue plus I’ve got a little hole by the ear. Should I Apoxie Sculpt this seeing as this doll will have a wig on, and will it fix the marks in the chin?
