Yeah I looked at sold ones and I realized how she definitely wasn’t worth it at the price I was going to buy her I’m also wondering what’s a good price for twice as fancy yum yum she’s another pony I’d love to own

Yum Yum can fluctuate depending on condition. I would say only pay $80+ if she is in near perfect condition with pink hair.

I saw her with her pink hair for 95$ but I think she’s another pony I’d probably wait for

I use pic click and I would buy ponies from here but I don’t know how it works I usually just immediately buy something I would try mercari but for some reason I feel like I can’t trust it even though I never used it

You can browse the For Sale section here and simply PM the seller when you find something interesting. Always remember to check their feedback before any transactions, though! (See 'Trade count' under the person's username, when you click on the number it takes you to their feedback.) Most sellers take Paypal.

It's more slow going than eBay and such, but I've gotten a lot of ponies for far cheaper and described extremely accurately by going through here instead of other outlets. :) Always nice to sort of keep it in house.
Yum Yum is a good example. I got mine in a lot for about $10 on here. I would not pay the prices she's garnering right now. The pandemic really inflated prices all over, and I'm hoping they'll decrease to a point.

I have a small kinda medium sized collection I have 60? ponies in my room  and no duplicates unless their g4 there’s probably tons in bins somewhere not much of my stuff is worth a lot usually when shopping i try to pay under 100$ Also I’ve seen sometimes eBay sales and mercari stuff with identical pictures which worries me

I wouldn't pay anything over the $20-$30 range for her. I came really close to nabbing her in a lot with several other coveted G1s for $25 from a local ad recently, but the seller suddenly stopped responding. I have the sneaking suspicion another buyer offered more money if they would sell it to them instead.

I just sold a yum yum for $50, she was in great shape except her hair was about half faded.  I think that was a reasonable price. I based it on past ebay sales and then took some off because it was to an arena person and off eBay so no fees.

I also agree that looking for locket in larger lots is a good strategy.  Just last week I saw an ebay listing with her and a bunch of less desirable ponies and I think it went for a reasonable price.  But yeah, ponies seen to be going for alot on ebay right now.  And unless the photos are super good you don't know exactly what flaws you are getting.

Good luck getting her!

Usually I don’t care if a pony is dirty or has messy hair because I do enjoy cleaning them unless it’s something I can’t fix also I would find a lot but it’s very difficult to find a cheap lot that doesn’t cost a ton usually lots are over 100$ and I really don’t have the money to just buy one also a lot of lots I see usually you have to bid for
