This Week's Brag: Assorted Neat Things!

Hi there! I haven't been around much because life has been completely hectic and I've had very little time for ponies. I recently got a weekend job and I'm finishing up school in a month, and I have lots of tests to study for, etc. On top of that, I now have two more cats to care for that I rescued earlier this year.

But a couple times in the last two weeks I was able to go pony hunting and I got a couple neat things to show off!

Firstly, last week I went to Wal-mart and lo and behold, they've actually gotten newer lines in. Our distribution here is terrible (we were 3-4 years behind last December so yeah) so I was honestly surprised! I picked up one of the Cutie Mark Crew Wedding Bash blind boxes. I got an EQG Twilight Sparkle. I was hoping for one of the ponies as I'm not a fan of EQG but she's still cute!

Next, I've been eyeing these three plushies at our local antique mall for awhile, and they hadn't been bought yet, so when I got my first paycheck last week, I went ahead and picked them up! They're all in great condition.

I also picked up a couple McD's pony things for pocket change at the antique mall and a Goodwill store. I already have the train car so I might look at trading it or something, I'm not sure yet!

Today at Salvation Army I found Flam (unfortunately missing his hat) from the Sweet Apple Acres Single Story Pack, and a little puzzle! I also found two Breyer horses, a Classic pinto on the Ginger mold and Cigar, $3 for both <3 Neither are broken at all, just some rubs! Definitely worth it! I don't think I've ever found a Breyer at a thrift store for so cheap.

And at another thrift store we have downtown, I found a few other neat non-pony things! Some LPS McD's keychains, and a True Heart Care Bear plush!

Yeah, I've managed to find two at the same booth for $0.50 a piece! I really like 'em.

Thanks! Right? I could hardly believe it! I was just heading out of the store when I saw them, and of course they had to come home with me too because no way would I leave behind Breyers at such a low price.

Thank you! Me too, it was getting to be a bit ridiculous >u< I mean it's nice to be able to still get 'older' lines but I kept missing all the cool new stuff since they'd never get new lines in, so I'm glad they've finally gotten on with it!
