Unknown Baby Powder Item

I've found this item on eBay but have no idea where it came from. I've speculated it must've come from one of the So Soft ponies but none of the images I've found show any evidence as to whom it belongs to. It's certainly G3 but I've thought about whether or not it's a fake and whether or not it's some kind of international exclusive. Naturally, it seems like it'd go to Pretty Powder. Hmm, seem to have posted this in the wrong place. Can it be moved?

I would have guessed a so soft g3 baby as well, but you're right, I can't see it in the wiki. From the logo it looks to be pre g3.5 too.

No wonder there aren't many pics/info on it. Wouldn't have thought to find it with baby Skywishes, let alone as a bonus item. Kudos for the find.
