By right who should be Queen/King?

That’s right, this is is a photo contest of the royal of your herd! The contestant can be any generation, any gender, any type of pony, or custom. If the pony you choose is royal to you, they are a contestant in this contest!

How to win the contest.

You will submit a picture of your pony that represents the theme. It will then be voted on by the arena! Your votes will get you your numbers for the random number generator. At the end of all the rounds, a random number generator will be used to pick a number, and that will be our grand winner! There is multiple ways to gain more numbers for the generator. I will go into details with the rules and entry

To Enter.

1. Submit a photo of your royal pony in the designated theme. It will also have a bio of the pony royalty. You will use this pony for all themes. Any gender, any generation, any type, any custom pony is acceptable, as long as they are royal to you.
2. You may submit a photo of a wing design for a flutter/winger pony. It does not have to fit the themes. This is your own design.
3. You may submit a photo of a pony or human outfit you would like made. It does not have to fit the theme. This is your own design.
4. All photos are submitted in the discussion forum.

So 3 ways to enter! But only way to get more numbers in the number generator!

Rules to Enter Pony

1. The pony you choose to enter, has to be used in all themes of the competition.
2. Each pony entered will receive 1 bonus number. That number will be given by the order the picture was submitted. This will happen for each theme.
3. The photo will be judged by the arena. Those votes will also give you more numbers. EXAMPLE: if you gain 5 votes in theme 1 you will get numbers 1,2,3,4,5. If you get 3 votes in theme 2 you will get numbers 6, 7,8.
4. Numbers are awarded in order. 1st place will get numbers first, then 2nd, 3rd and so on.
5. Bonus number will be given to 1st and 2nd place winners.
6. All numbers will be written down, and at anytime you may request a photo or copy of the numbers you have.
7. The winner will be chosen by a number generator. I plan to find a non participant to choose the number.

Enter by Wing or Outfit Design
1. You may submit one photo, with description, of your wing or outfit design per theme.
2. This is not about art ability, but fun inspiration.
3. You may enter each category, (pony, wing, outfit)
4. This will give you 1 extra number for the generator for each submission. If there is multiple entries in a category, (wing or outfit) voting will happen. The number system will be the same as the pony royalty system.
5. Outfit can be human, human and pony, or pony.
6. Wing may be for winger or flutter pony.
7. Your number is given in the order your photo was submitted.

Theme 1. March 6 to March 18. Head shot. this is a glamours photo of your royal pony. It is a solo picture of your pony. You may use props, clothing, anything as long as it’s only your pony. You also have to add a small bio about your royal. Picture must be submitted by March 18. Voting will be made by March 19.

* Your wing/outfit photo mus be submitted by March 18

This is such an interesting idea for a contest! I like the idea of it being a 'random draw', with bonus points awarded for popularity. But it's cool that even if your design isn't 'popular', it can still win! I'm gonna try to figure out an entry! Now to choose a pony ... oh boy! O.O;;

Moonstone was one of the first ponies in my collection. The wisest and oldest, she guards over the now larger herd. She works with Majesty in the Dream Castle to watch over Ponyland - here, you can see her with a scroll on some statistics (It reads "Ponyland Report - Lickety-Split's ice cream sales - Megan's next visit - Pretty Parlor visitors")

Ahh So cute Safflower! I adore her little scroll! I can see Moonstone is a great leader!

Here is my entry for the pony queen! I had a very hard time choosing, so ultimately it came down to, "well who did I get tattooed on my arm? Obviously one of them should be queen!" Between Sparkleworks and Minty, it came down to my namesake.

Introducing Queen Minty of Socks; ruler of all things green! Our herd has never had a designated queen or even leader exactly. who should we choose? After much scrambling and a little bit or arguing among the citizens, The vote came down to two elders, who have been in the herd since the beginning. Sparkleworks and Minty. Sparkleworks probably would have been the more responsible leader and she WAS the founder, but this herd likes to have fun, and Minty can promise that life will be a blast under her rule! Sparkleworks was happy to hand over the crown, as she prefers a more quiet, less public life anyway. Minty may have also bribed a few voters with a promise of cool socks.

And here is an entry for the wing design contest too! I wanted to do a wing entry last time as well, but never had the time! I managed to throw something together real quick this weekend though!

The black parts are supposed to look glittery, kind of like the butterfly wings you have been making lately! Different colors can be put under the black parts to create a kind of stained glass effect! In my example I decided to give Rosedust a kind of classic butterfly color scheme.
