Yep some newborn twins already have ribbons attached, you'll many examples of both attached and packed when you Google search. I have a set with ribbons attached and can confirm the bubble wasn't removed from the backing /not opened

Wow, that's good to know, Taffeta!  So maybe they are legit . . . It would explain why the bubble / backdrop of the box didn't have any sign of being opened.

For the record, they also exist with the ribbons in the right place too. I have no idea what this means, if anything. But just putting it out there. It's not guaranteed they're legit. But it's possible. And weird.

@SaraMari - do you have it on any other twinsets? I have three of that set MIB in US packaging but I think only SandShov has the ribbons in the tail, the others are in the normal place.

I have never noticed it on any other set of twins. Just that it's this pair again makes me think something weird went on with their packaging or something :/

On the feedback, feedback on ebay is meaningless now if someone is only buying. Because you can't leave honest feedback on bad buyers. You can report them but yeah, like that does any good. The fact that one of those bidders, as banditpony exposed earlier, had 35 retractions in the last 6 months just BLEEDs problem buyer. But they also had over 100 feedback.

I used to be very proud of my feedback being 100% positive because back then you got a neg and it was with you FOREVER. Now it's not. It's just stupid. But that's a whole other rant.

I guess we'll see if the bidder pays up. I would be surprised if they did though.

I didn't know some of the Sandcastles and Shovels sets had been found MIB with their tail ribbons already tied on. It makes me wonder if someone might have been practicing  tying ribbons for some reason and some of them slipped in with their ribbons tied.

Honestly $3000 for MIB Sweet Scoops doesn't surprise me that much.  She's one of the rarest mail orders and it's almost impossible to find her loose with her accessories, let alone MIB.  Way rarer than Rapunzel.

Just chiming in here to say I almost puked when I saw what some of those ponies went for!! I have never seen such high bids on ponies in my life!! I also have never saw that many MIB MOC ponies in one place though lol! I mean that seller would be able to pay cash for a really nice car for all that profit!
