safe way to clean ingrained dirt off glitter symbol ponies ?

i have a UK confetti on the way and she's got a bunch of little black dots on her nose, hoof edges, and some on her sides. not overly noticeable but i'd still wanna clean her up as best as i can y'know. i've heard some tips on this before but i just wanna know what you all think is the safest way, from your own personal experience, since i definitely don't wanna lose any of the glitter on her symbols

sorry for the bump but any advice would be appreciated ! i don't know much about pony cleaning methods so i'd rather not try anything until i'm 100% sure it won't damage anything

Hot water, a toothbrush and elbow grease is my go-to for ingrained dirt. A glitter symbol pony should be fine as long as you keep her symbols out of the scrubbing and water! (so for scrubbing her sides, dip the brush in water)
