MLP Merch has a full description, although with so many repeats and if you don't have cards/bags, it will be hard to to identify.

Also, the Applebloom in the 8th picture looks like one of the "cake toppers" rather than a blind bag: those eyes...

The market is all over the place right now. You may have luck selling them by themselves for around $1-2. I don't see the cards bring the value up any, but that may change later on if you're willing to hold on to them.

I don't know if this is coincidence or not, but when I sell them on eBay the boy ponies are more likely to sell.
