Arena member vanished?

Ok, this might be a long story made short but I've got some pony's on hold for another Arena member. I lost contact with her before, but after a few months she made sure she wanted the pony's and made a first payment. She told she needed some time for the payments and that she saw the payment as a compensation for my patience.

At that time I've given her more time and told her that I would deduct the payment from the total amount instead of seeing it as a compensation.

The thing is.... she hasn't been on the Arena since September  and isn't replying any e-mails.

I don't know what to do at this moment. The pony's are on hold for almost half of a year now and last moment of contact was in September.

I've send another e-mail (I have her e-mail address too) as a reminder. What would you do?

Give a final warning with a date when last payment needs to be done.
If not answered either refund or take it as a donation. Half a year waiting on payment seems a bit too long if they truly want the ponies.

6 months is also a very long time to keep them aside. At this point I would say, 1 week to pay the rest of the amount otherwise the money is yours and no ponies will be sent.

I would say give them a final warning and then put them back up for sale, personally. 6 months is long enough to wait.

  I think you've waited long enough and given your buyer plenty of chances.  Unless Loa has found out anything new, I would send the final message letting the buyer know that you're sorry but due to the amount of time passed etc  you will be putting them back up for sale.  Give it a few more days after the final message is sent, then if you need to sell those ponies relist them.
I really hope nothing bad has happened to the buyer of course.

I have sent a message and put them up for sale again. No response ever since....
