I've never seen this two-headed friend. But it reminds me of my life-long best friends favorite stuffed friend! She carried it around at school until 8th grade  We were weirdos together.

yeah i recocken its a Nirvana of lots-a-leggggggs 
iv only ever found 2 in my life at the op shops/goodwill, a normal medium size aqua colour one and this one.
