Oh wow!  Well, I'm guessing it's from the G3 Clone Seven time, not the G3.5 time, since her pose is almost an exact replica of the G3 clone pose.

I hope someone will have some more info, she looks great!

I kinda wonder if this might be a well  made bootleg, just looking at the tag there.

Anything is possible, but if it's a bootleg it's an EXCEPTIONALLY done one . . . Personally I don't think it's a bootleg, I don't think bootleggers would bother with the "heart on leg" detail, let alone actually getting the wings right.
